When we receive an enquiry from a viewer, we make the appointment with you. However, you carry out the viewing yourself – after all, who knows your property and area better than you? We save money on employing extra staff and all the associated costs, and pass these savings onto you. So, wave goodbye to the expensive estate agents, and sell your property the smart way. If you would like us to accompany the viewer, then a normal agency fee of 1% plus VAT applies.

If the viewers make an offer, we are happy to negotiate on your behalf, quickly and efficiently.

As an added extra, we have also negotiated discounted rates with a specialist local conveyancing firms, who will assist you with your legal requirements, every step of the way. Being local means that they can provide a better service without dealing with call centres and being passed from pillar to post. We call this good, old fashioned service!

Step Two

Our team will market your property, just the same as any other High Street agent. We will do this via various multi-media methods, namely:

Rightmove - the UK's largest property website, reaching a global market
Homes24 - working with the local media
City Centre Branch - we don't just rely on the internet, we have a City Centre shop with lots of window space. We also have friendly staff to chat with prospective viewers about your property and distribute your property details.
After-Hours Working - our staff are available during the evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays. We work harder and smarter to sell your home.

Step Three

Your solicitor will inform us when the property sale has completed, and the balance will be paid to you.
